Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone, inside the app's private storage. Written entries are encrypted with a key that never leaves your device. There is no cloud, no account, and no server — Unsaid works fully offline, even in Airplane Mode.
I bought the lifetime unlock. Will I keep it after reinstalling or switching phones?
Yes. Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account, not the device. After reinstalling or moving to a new iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account, the unlock restores automatically — or tap "Restore Purchase" on the upgrade screen.
How do I move my entries to a new phone?
Because your encryption key never leaves your device, entries don't transfer automatically. Before switching, use Settings → Export Data to save a readable copy of everything you've written, and keep it somewhere safe.
